Garima Nagpal is a dynamic housekeeping professional with over 40 years of hospitality
experience, 35 years of which were as the Head of Housekeeping across several 5-star
hotel chains. Garima was part of the Executive Housekeepers Program at the Oberoi
School, post which she worked with the Oberoi Group for nearly 8 years, across several
of their prestigious hotels.
Her hospitality diaspora includes memorable stints with the erstwhile Grand Hyatt
(Delhi), The Taj Mahal, The Shangri-La, Holiday Inn, Park Royal, Le Meridien, The
Aman, and 7+ years with the majestic Imperial hotel, known as the Museum Hotel of
India.
In 2017, her passion for Housekeeping and Hospitality was not quite quenched, she brought
her wealth of experience to the new-age OYO Hotels as Head–Quality, OYO India. In
her pioneering role with this now mammoth startup, she was responsible for
overseeing the Quality Division which she founded across all product lines of the
company (Townhouse, Flagship, and Smart). She was with OYO for about 3 years before
moving on during the pandemic and venturing to start something of her own, with
like-minded industry peers.
