A Housekeeping stalwart, Pran earned industry-wide recognition as a People’s Man for
his cheerful disposition, his management style of ‘Get Together, Work Together’ and his
great team spirit. Pran has worked through the entire gamut of ITC hotels not only in
housekeeping but has also handled the Front Office and Food Production.
His experience as Training Coordinator for Boss Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East helped
him deal with teams ranging from 50-400 with staff from varying nationalities, a highly
challenging task. Pran assisted the Delhi Govt. during the 2010 Commonwealth Games. He was
the General Secretary of Tamil Nadu Housekeeper’s Association till 2019. He received the Best
Executive Housekeeper of the Year Award in 2008 from Stars of The Industry and the Eye for
Detail Award in the year 2007. He is a certified Executive Housekeeper from Marriott
International.
